1. Acceptance of Terms

WebKitLab provides its suite of digital growth services to you subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). By engaging with our website, utilizing our free digital tools, or signing a service agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Our agency specializes in 360° growth engines, including but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Technical Audits.
• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Paid Social Management.
• Custom Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation.
• High-Performance App & Website Development.

We reserve the right to refine, enhance, or modify our methodologies to align with evolving digital standards and algorithm updates.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary code, custom designs, and strategic frameworks developed by WebKitLab remain the intellectual property of WebKitLab until all financial obligations are met. Upon final payment, the specific deliverables produced for a client are transferred with a worldwide, royalty-free license for use.

4. Payment & Cancellation

Service fees are billed as per the individual project scope or monthly retainer. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for late payments; failure to remit funds within 7 days of the invoice date may result in an immediate suspension of digital assets, including hosting and ad campaigns.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use our digital tools for any unlawful purpose or to conduct any activity that would damage the infrastructure of WebKitLab. Unauthorized attempts to reverse-engineer our proprietary ERP logic or site architecture will result in immediate legal action.
