Welcome to WebKitLab Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"), operating the website https://webkitlab.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the free online tools and services we provide (collectively, the "Service").

Our online tools are designed to assist you with various tasks. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the output generated by our tools. You acknowledge and agree that you use these tools at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for verifying the results and outcomes obtained from their use, especially for critical applications.

3.4 Service Availability

We strive to ensure our Service is available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, repairs, or other reasons without notice.

4. User Accounts

Currently, WebKitLab Technologies Pvt. Ltd. does not offer user accounts or require registration to access and use the majority of our online tools. All tools are freely accessible without a login.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WebKitLab Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of WebKitLab Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

5.2 User-Generated Content and Data Processing

When you use our tools that involve uploading files or inputting data (e.g., image converters, PDF tools, text generators), you retain all rights to your original content. We do not claim ownership of any data or files you upload.

Important: For the purpose of processing your requests and providing the tool's output, your uploaded files and inputted data are processed on our servers and are then immediately and automatically deleted after the processing is complete or the output is delivered. We do not store, retain, or share your input files or data beyond the necessary processing time.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. As a user of the Service, you agree not to:

• Engage in any illegal or unlawful activities.
• Bypass, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Service.
• Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Service.
• Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Service or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Service.
• Use any automated system, including without limitation, robots, spiders, offline readers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

WebKitLab Technologies Pvt. Ltd. does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WebKitLab Technologies Pvt. Ltd., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WebKitLab Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; or b) a breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of WebKitLab Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and WebKitLab Technologies Pvt. Ltd. regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
