WebKitLab

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: March 23, 2026

Welcome to WebKitLab. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and WebKitLab (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the webkitlab.com website and our specialized services including Meta Ad Account Recovery, Meta Ad Management, and Digital Consultancy.

By accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

1. Professional Services Scope

WebKitLab provides technical consultancy aimed at resolving restrictions, bans, or access issues related to Meta Business Suites, Ad Accounts, and Personal Profiles. We also provide full-scale digital marketing management. It is important to understand that WebKitLab operates as an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of Meta Platforms, Inc.

While our recovery methods are based on deep technical expertise and historical success, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome. The final authority for account reinstatement lies solely with the platform’s internal review teams.

Strict Security & Data Protocol

In the process of Account Recovery & Ads Management, WebKitLab maintains a zero-footprint data policy. We explicitly declare that we do not hold, store, or archive your personal credentials or sensitive identity documents once the requested service has been finalized. Any temporary access granted to our technical team must be revoked by the client immediately following the completion of the project.

Fraud Prevention Notice: We will never contact you via Phone, WhatsApp, or Social Media to request passwords or financial information. All official correspondence is conducted via our verified domains only.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its entire contents—including logos, design, code, and text—are the proprietary property of WebKitLab. You are granted a limited license to access the site for personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without express written consent from Rahul Biswas (CEO, WebKitLab).

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Services are billed based on the specific project scope (Recovery or Management). Due to the labor-intensive nature of technical consultations and the fact that we cannot control third-party platform decisions, fees paid for successful consultations or management hours are generally non-refundable. If a recovery project is deemed "impossible" by our team after initial assessment, any pre-paid "Success Fees" will be handled according to the specific service agreement signed at the start of the project.

4. User Representations & Warranties

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • All information you submit is truthful, accurate, and current.
  • You are the legal owner or authorized administrator of the assets (Ad Accounts/Pages) you are requesting help with.
  • Your use of our services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • The accounts in question were not disabled due to illegal activities, fraud, or prohibited trade practices.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will WebKitLab, its directors, or employees be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit or lost data, arising from your use of the site or our services. We are not responsible for any further actions taken by Meta Platforms, Inc. against your assets after our service concludes.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of these Terms at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. Please check these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of WebKitLab services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
