G'day! Welcome to G'day Growth. We're a small Aussie team that helps plumbers, HVAC heroes, and pest control legends get more customers online. We do SEO, Google Ads, lead generation, and build websites that actually work.

These are just our simple rules. Nothing sneaky. If you use our services, it means you agree to play fair with us. Cool? Cool.

We help your business get found on Google. That means:

• We set up and run Google Ads so when someone searches "blocked drain Sydney" or "aircon repair Perth", your name pops up.
• We do SEO (that's fancy talk for making your website show up higher in search results).
• We build you a brand new website that looks good on phones, computers, and everything in between.
• We help you get more leads — that's just a fancy word for people calling you to book a job.

One very important thing: We are not Google or Facebook. We don't work for them. We just know how to use their tools really well. If Google changes its mind about something, that's out of our hands.

If we build you a website, you own the website. Simple. But the code, the designs, the fancy bits we made from scratch? That's still ours. You can't sell our code to someone else. The same goes for our logos, our name, and our secret sauce for getting you to the top of Google. That's ours, mate.

If you want to use something special of ours, just ask. We're reasonable.

We charge for our time and our skills. Here's the deal:

• For one-off jobs (like building a website), we'll agree on a price upfront. Usually half to start, half when you're happy.
• For ongoing stuff (like running your Google Ads every month), we bill you monthly. Simple.
• No refunds once we've started work. Why? Because our time is like a tradie's time. If you call a plumber to fix a leak and he shows up and starts working, you can't ask for your money back even if the leak was worse than you thought. Same with us.

If we honestly think we can't help you, we'll tell you upfront. No charge. No dramas.

When you sign up with us, you're promising a few things. Don't worry, they're easy:

• Everything you tell us is true. We don't need lies, just the facts.
• You actually own the business you're asking us to help with. No pretending.
• You're not doing anything illegal. (No selling dodgy stuff, no scams, no dodgy Google tricks.)

Look, we're really good at what we do. But sometimes things go sideways. Google changes its algorithm overnight. A competitor does something sneaky. The internet has a bad hair day.

Here's the honest truth: we can't be held responsible for lost profits or lost customers if something outside our control happens. We promise to try our absolute hardest. But we can't guarantee that your phone will ring off the hook every single day. That wouldn't be fair.

The most we could ever owe you is the money you paid us for the last month of work. That's it.

Sometimes we learn new things or the law changes. When that happens, we might need to update these rules. We'll post the changes here. If you keep using our services after we change the rules, it means you're okay with the new ones.

If you're not okay with the changes, just tell us. We'll finish up any work we're doing for you and part ways as mates.
